The second intermediate meeting was held online to optimize costs and facilitate the upcoming artistic residency in Parma before the debut. It was an intense day that included both the Steering Committee meeting and the Artistic Committee meeting.
In the first, the focus was on reviewing the remaining activities and deliverables for each work package. Pending tasks, needs analysis, transnational assessment, and updates on co-planning tables and accessibility assessments were reviewed. Attention was also given to audience development and organizing workshops in Parma, Thessaloniki, Tampere, and Prague, as well as improving interaction between partners through social media and publicity before the performances.
In the Artistic Committee meeting, discussions centered on stage setup, the visual image of the performance, and technical needs. Updates were provided on the residency program in Parma, the timeline in Thessaloniki, and progress on rehearsals. It was a constructive and essential day for the evolution of the project.
