PASS is a project funded 80% by the program Creative Europe of the European Commission. The program invests in actions that strengthen cultural diversity and respond to the needs and challenges of the cultural and creative sectors.

The main objectives are: to safeguard, develop and promote European cultural and linguistic diversity and heritage, to increase the competitiveness and economic potential of the creative and cultural sectors.
